Nine new Cabinet ministers were sworn-in at the Raj Bhavan here on Saturday, in the first expansion of over a year-old Amarinder Singh-led Congress government. Ministers of State Aruna Chaudhary and Razia Sultana were also elevated as Cabinet ministers.
