The Latest: Death toll in Istanbul building collapse now 14



The Latest on the deadly collapse of an apartment building in Istanbul (all times local): 3:05 p.m. Turkey's interior minister says emergency teams have found three more bodies in the rubble of a collapsed eight-story building in Istanbul, increasing the death toll to 14. Suleyman Soylu said Friday that rescuers were pressing ahead with efforts to reach other people trapped inside the debris.
